Andrew Delano

Is a seasoned operations executive with a proven track record in the food service, hospitality, and manufacturing industries. With extensive experience in multi-site operations, strategic expansion, and process optimization, he has successfully led teams to drive efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

As Vice President of Operations at WECO Hospitality, Andrew led company-wide operational strategies, optimized logistics, managed vendor relationships, and ensured compliance with USDA , FDA, DOT, and Health & Human Services regulations. His expertise in budget oversight, supply chain management, and leadership development has been instrumental in fostering business growth and operational excellence.

Previously, Andrew held leadership roles at LPM Holding Company, where he spearheaded program development, process standardization, and multi-regional operations. His background includes extensive experience in P&L management, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

With a foundation in culinary operations, Andrew brings hands-on expertise in menu development, food safety, and quality control. His strategic mindset, operational acumen, and leadership skills make him a dynamic force in the industry.
